Social photo talk described that how to back up world press website.Another option – I use the Word Press Database Backup plug in for automatic weekly database backups, and do full backups less frequently.

Personally, I prefer to back up the whole directory the same time that I backup the wp-contents folder mentioned in the last section.

The problem with this is that if backups aren't automatic, they won't get done. Simple fact of life.

If you know someone who's at all technically inclined and familiar with doing such things, buy him/her dinner or a few drinks in exchange for automating all this for you. Then you can just carry on as usual while computers do what they're good at: automating repetitive tasks so you don't have to bother.
